GTA 6 Leak: Map Bigger and More Ambitious Than Expected

The GTA series by Rockstar Games is very popular in entertainment. Fans are excited for GTA 6 to come out. Before the official trailer for GTA 6, there were many leaks and rumors about the game. Even after the announcement, leaks and rumors continue.

We don’t know much about GTA 6 yet. The story will follow two characters named Jason and Lucia, who are inspired by Bonnie and Clyde. GTA VI will be set in Vice City, which is inspired by Miami. Some rumors suggest that GTA 6 will have the biggest map yet and might include locations outside of Central America.

A recent post on Reddit suggests that a PlayStation developer mentioned some possible features for GTA 6. They said the game might borrow some elements from Red Dead Redemption 2 and have a huge map and gameplay options.

The post mentions that the GTA 6 map might change over time, which could mean things like dynamic weather or new areas being added later. It’s not clear if this evolving map is for the single-player story or GTA Online. However, the leak says there are no plans for single-player DLC.

Additionally, the post mentions a new game mechanic called ‘Eagle Eye,’ similar to Red Dead Redemption’s ‘Dead Eye,’ which would let players target items and possibly body parts. It’s also claimed that GTA VI will have the most mini-games ever seen in the series, including a new fishing game.

Taking a cue from the Red Dead Redemption series, GTA 6 is rumored to introduce a system similar to legendary animal tracking, but with luxury vehicles. Each vehicle will have unique modifications and can be discovered throughout the game.

While previous GTA games have had similar features, it seems that this will be more prominent in the new title. Players will also have an interaction menu with non-player characters (NPCs), providing various choices and story paths. NPCs, including police officers, will remember your actions and respond accordingly.

Interestingly (and somewhat worryingly), leaks suggest that Rockstar Games once considered incorporating real-life cryptocurrency and NFTs into the game. However, these plans have apparently been abandoned, which is a relief. It’s important to take all of these rumors with caution until they’re confirmed.

As for the release date, there’s no official announcement yet, but Grand Theft Auto VI is expected to launch in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC release has not been confirmed at this time.
