People wonder when they will officially show the game. Some think the announcement might come when Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company, talks about their earnings soon.

People are getting more excited because of Take-Two’s financial expectations. They predict a big increase in earnings from April 2024 to March 2025, and some think it’s because of “GTA 6” coming out. While Take-Two hasn’t directly said that, they’ve hinted at releasing important games during that time, making gamers hopeful.

The Leaks

Tez2, a well-known figure in the “GTA” community, shared some information on the GTAForums. He said Rockstar is planning many additions for “GTA 6.” The details are here:

“Rockstar initially had plans for single-player DLC in ‘GTA V’ before it came out. They changed those plans around 2014. They were thinking about three episodes, but there were more ideas. The main thing is that they intended to follow the same strategy as they did for ‘GTA IV.’ They didn’t expect the huge success of GTAO. But for ‘GTA VI,’ it’s different. They’re not caught off guard. According to what we’ve heard and what Jason Schreier mentioned, Rockstar is going back to the same plan. They’ll have episodic content with new maps and expansions. This might help reduce overworking their staff. So, I believe we’ll get single-player updates as often as online updates. And we might see the first major DLC within a year or two after the game’s release.”

A few fans think that during the making of “GTA 6,” some parts were put aside to speed up the game’s release. It’s interesting because this content might come back as the rumored single-player DLC.

In the future, there’s a chance they might add new cities and places in “GTA 6” for players to explore and enjoy new experiences. As for “GTA 7,” it might still be far off.
