A Rockstar Games developer appears to be living a nightmare as their son shared secret GTA 6 gameplay online. Revealing a closer look at the game’s open world. Despite Rockstar’s efforts to remove leaks, a tweet with the footage remains intact as of now.
Controversy Surrounds GTA 6 Leak
The video is blurry, making it hard to confirm if it’s genuine or a well-crafted hoax, as some believe. Some argue that the leaks must be fake since the gameplay’s graphics resemble those of GTA 5, and some recognize locations from the previous game.
Although GTA 6 is set in Vice City, rumors suggest it may include other cities like Los Santos or Liberty City. Rockstar plans to release a full trailer on December 5, and if it aligns with the leaked gameplay, it could confirm the legitimacy of the leaks, spelling trouble for the involved Rockstar developer.
Meanwhile, fans are criticizing those responsible for leaking the game before its official reveal. They believe that the more leaks there are, the more effort Rockstar has to put into removing them. Resulting in less time devoted to actual game development.
Hopefully, the developer won’t face severe consequences if the leak proves to be true. However, considering the reputation of this upcoming Grand Theft Auto title, it seems unlikely.
