Last summer, unfinished gameplay footage of GTA 6 surfaced online, and almost a year later, just a day before the official GTA 6 trailer release, the entire content got leaked. The recent leak includes additional data from the original 2022 incident, and pictures from it are circulating on social media.

Although we won’t share the leaked content directly, it’s noteworthy that Bully 2 is once again mentioned. Despite Rockstar Games never publicly discussing a sequel to Bully, the leaked information strongly indicates that the project was underway at some point.

Rumors circulating earlier suggested that Bully 2 got canceled to prioritize GTA 6. And a similar rationale was given for opting for a Red Dead Redemption port instead of a full remake that many fans desired. It’s important to note that these claims are not officially confirmed.

However, Bully 2 and Red Dead Redemption are not the sole casualties impacted by the Grand Theft Auto focus. The recent leak provides information about several single-player DLC expansions for GTA V, expansions that were likely canceled to allocate resources to support GTA Online.

Rockstar Games is putting all their effort into bringing out GTA 6 in 2025. However, many fans are looking ahead. They are wishing for a day when Bully 2 will have its own spot. Some people wonder if Rockstar is stuck in a loop, always switching between GTA and Red Dead Redemption. And whether there’s any chance for something completely new in their upcoming projects.
